Individual treatment
In my clinic in Rosh Pina, I offer a variety of treatments that combine mind-body psychotherapy with transpersonal psychotherapy. In addition to individual therapy, I specialize in shamanic therapy and shamanic poetry classes, which enable a deep connection to internal healing processes. The meetings are held face-to-face at the clinic, but it is also possible to meet via Zoom. The treatments are adapted to people who are looking for a way to experience deep healing, to combine the body and mind, and to discover powerful tools for personal growth and development.
Types of treatment at the clinic
Shamanic singing
Shamanic therapy
Mind body psychotherapy
Shamanic singing offers a means of deep connection with consciousness and the spiritual world, and sometimes also for change or personal development.
A combination of physical psychotherapy and shamanic work allows a connection to the subconscious and the significant learning processes in human life and thereby a connection to the innate powers.
The treatment based on working through the body offers a very powerful tool in the processes of change and personal development.
Mind body psychotherapy
The treatment based on working with the body offers a powerful tool for processes of change and personal development. The body stores a deep and accurate consciousness of our experiences and behaviors and it responds directly to the reality of our lives. This work provides a more effective option for treating emotional situations where balance has been lost and also for those who need direction in times of crisis.
The nature of the therapeutic session
The treatment is divided into three main parts.
In the first part , which is the first introductory meeting, time is devoted to getting to know each other in depth and clarifying the content of the treatment. This focus makes it possible to clearly define together with the patient the goals and expectations from the ongoing treatment.
In subsequent sessions, this part of the conversation devotes time to sharing about significant events you experienced between sessions, as well as sharing the patient's current emotional and personal state. The conversation is focused on understanding and focusing on the essence of the main points of the current treatment
The second part of the treatment is the transition from the chairs to the treatment table . On the treatment table, the patient lies comfortably and fully clothed, and the therapist uses various touch techniques, while guiding and directing the use of breathing, movement, voice and central focus. This process creates almost a dialogue between the therapist and the patient, and allows to experience emotions, inner feelings and thoughts in a shared expression and consideration, research beyond childhood memories, solutions to situations and changing beliefs
The third part of the treatment takes place sitting behind the treatment table. In the last minutes of the meeting, we will collect everything that has passed in the treatment, with the aim of connecting the physical experience that was experienced, and carry out an integrative process. Central insights and conclusions are obtained from the body , and an "attention task" is selected to practice during the week, until the next meeting. This task is intended to continue and introduce the changes in daily life
For whom and for which situations is the treatment suitable
How long does the process take?
The length of the process and its dynamics obviously vary from person to person and from situation to situation. It can be said that three months is the minimum time for a significant change to begin to occur. Although already from the first treatment the essential things are touched, it takes time for deep learning and relaxation processes to occur. Usually, if a process lasts more than a year, we will initiate a break, by mutual agreement, so that the person can absorb the process and not develop dependence on the therapist. The frequency of meetings can be once a week (at least for the first three months) or once every two weeks. Depends on the person's condition and needs and also on the therapist
For whom the treatment is suitable
The treatment is suitable for those who want to touch the heart of the matter.
For those who are interested in a therapeutic process that touches deeply, in a gentle but very direct way. Because the body cannot be lied to.
The treatment offers a solution to a multitude of emotional situations
.that are out of balance and eat away at the quality of a person's life

What is the advantage of working through the body? (compared to verbal therapy only)
The body stores all our memories, fears, pains, joys and successes. It expresses with energetic precision who we are about our virtues and our behavior patterns. The physical body is on the "seam line" between our inner world and the outer reality of our lives. Because of all these, it becomes a powerful tool in any process of change. Many times understanding the problem alone is not enough to create change. The body work touches the inner experience and allows us to change our conditioning from the root.

Shamanic treatment
The combination of physical psychotherapy and shamanic work allows a connection to the subconscious and the significant learning processes in human life and thereby a connection to the innate powers.
This treatment is unique in that it allows for the combination of familiar tools from mind-body psychotherapy together with shamanic tools in a way that makes it possible to mobilize the spiritual experience in order to deal with the emotional difficulties the patient comes with.
The nature of the therapeutic session
The patient comes with an issue or situation that bothers them in life (for example, anxiety about life changes, relationship difficulties, traumatic experiences, etc.).
Throughout the meetings we explore together what emotion is there, how does it affect their life? Where does is it felt in the body? Is this a familiar feeling? Are there feelings, images, words or memories from the experience in the body?
How would life feel if this problem didn't exist?
In the conversation we discover together what qualities and strengths we want to arouse in the patient and these become the goals of the treatment. These elements in the treatment are conducted according to the principles of mind-body psychotherapy.
The shamanic treatment includes intuitive shamanic singing in addition to slight tapping on the body with the chakpa (a healing tool made from bamboo leaves that help the body to open and the breath to flow easily and relax)
The sounds of the shamanic singing introduce the patient to the experience of conscious dreaming and they enter the world of a journey to obtain knowledge about the subject we want to explore.
During the shamanic treatment, I invite the patient to notice if there are new sensations that arise and especially if there is an intuitive movement that begins and I encourage them to move with it. The intuitive movement releases emotional patterns and traumatic memories that are held in the mind-body. little by little a new quality begins to form in the body.
Later the Camalunga plant is used, a healing plant that comes from the Amazon which contains both male and female seeds. A unique plant that is applied at specific points on the body
In order to release energetic blockages, calm the nervous system, open the heart chakra and connect the body's experience to the here and now.
From there we move on to work with the feather fan, which is an experience of softness, openness, connection to the natural world through the special sounds that the fan creates.
The fan closes the treatment in a relaxing way and helps the patient to connect with their heart.
At the end of the treatment we find out together what is the new quality in the body now?
I ask the patient what would be possible in the topic or the situation we are investigating if they felt the as they feel now?
What is the learning that took place during the treatment?
Are there any new insights from the treatment?
Shamanic singing
Shamanic singing provides a deep way to connect with consciousness and the spiritual world.
Through the use of different techniques and styles, which are a collection of spiritual beliefs and practices found in many cultures around the world.
This poetry is often intended to be used as a means of communication with the spiritual world, to evoke a transcendent state of consciousness, or for counseling and healing. Generally, shamanic poetry includes mantras, repeating sounds, and words that are meant to touch special spiritual or mental states.
These classes can take place in groups or individually, and are intended for purposes such as:
Spiritual and mental healing
Connection with spiritual beings
increasing consciousness
Ceremonies (such as a wedding, funeral) and rites of passage
Connection with nature and spiritual symbols
Shamanic poetry classes focus on a profound spiritual experience, and contain the following elements:
-
Beginning with meditation as a spiritual preparation
-
Poetry and mantra to connect with the spiritual worlds
-
Using rhythm such as drumming and movement to reach a higher state of consciousness
-
Sharing personal experiences while listening inclusively and supporting
